soo there's this guy. he likes me, i like him. we hang out. we're not together though. and the summer comes in three weeks and we'll be away from each other till college starts back up in mid august. what should i do? i want him to talk to me but i don't know what to do...

Be super clear with him! Sounds like you two have a good start, but the worst thing that could happen at this point is bad communication and unmet expectations.

You want to talk to him this summer. Does he know that? He might just want to press pause over the summer and pick things up in August. He may be dying to take things one step further but have no idea if you want to take that step too. TALK, and no one will be left in the dark. A good relationship is built on open communication and honesty, so this summer could suck if you have these secret expectations of talking and Skyping and are met with disappointment when he doesn’t talk to you. But he has no idea he’s disappointing you if you don’t tell him what you’re thinkin’.
